The Hodge Group acquired Christchurch based Peter Cocks Limited on 31st August 2010. The Company was established in 1965 and is a specialist manufacturer of domestic hot water cylinders. The Company is now a dominant player in the low and medium pressure hot water cylinder market in the South Island. The Company is now being positioned to grow its market share in New Zealand in low, medium and high pressure energy efficient cylinders which includes solar.
The business was sold in 2011 to a management buyout.
